Hey there! My name is Alexander Tohee (he/they), but you can call me Xander. I am born for the Tsi'naajinni clan of the Navajo Nation and the Bear Clan of the Jiwere and Bahkoje tribes of Oklahoma. I was raised in Santa Fe, New Mexico, but have lived in Missoula since I was fourteen. This year I am a UM sophomore, studying Social Work with minors in Native American Studies and Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. When I’m not in class, doing homework, or working, I’m usually doing something creative like drawing or crochet (I made the hat in my photo!), or I’m helping my family with their farm in Lolo. Having lived here for many of my formative years, I feel very at home here in Big Sky country and want to do my part to help make it a better place.

My name is Abby Shaindin Mouer (she/her), and I am originally from the desert southwest in New Mexico. From a young age, I have developed a strong interest in the natural world, influenced by my upbringing in an off-grid environment. This unique childhood experience fostered my imagination and deepened my appreciation for nature.

Throughout my early education, I concentrated on natural sciences, which led to an internship where I was introduced to wildland fire. This experience became one of the most rewarding periods of my life. I have worked in various capacities, including on multiple types of engines, hand crews, Fire Use Modules, thinning crews, and dispatch roles. I have also received training in structural firefighting.

Howdy, my name is Bryan Miller! I am currently a freshman at MSU studying film! I come from a smaller city in Montana by the name of Great Falls, go bison! I have lots of nerdy hobbies such as Dungeons and Dragons and Magic the Gathering. As far as goals and aspirations go I plan on going as far as I can in the film world and make it with the greats. While doing so I want to spread positivity and most importantly make real change in the world around me. I joined MontPirg to do exactly that, see my community flourish and grow into the bestest place it can be! It’s one world we have to live in together, and there's no do overs, so let's get it right!
